How does it work?

Step 1: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Step 2: Send a photo or video of the issue to our support team.
Step 3: We will provide a quick solution:
• A free replacement product, or
• Store credit for a future purchase, or
• In some cases, a partial refund

Want a full refund? Follow these steps:

Step 1: Download the return form and fill it out completely.

Step 2: Send your order back along with the completed return form to the address listed on the form. Make sure to ship the package with a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Once you have filled out the form and shipped the package, please send an email to info@clinze.com including the Track and Trace code and your order number. This helps us process your return correctly and prevents miscommunication.

Step 4: Receive your refund. As soon as we receive your package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is transferred back to your bank account within five business days.
